Take the M50 southbound to junction 9, exiting for N7:

Follow N7/M7 and merge onto M8  (signposted cork) and continue on M8 to exit at junction 8 (signposted Cashel/Fethard). Take the first exit at the roundabout and continue on R692  for 16km into Fethard.

Take a Left at the crossroads at Fethard Ballroom and continue 1km up through the town and out the R689. Take the first road on the Right ( L2306) and drive for 6km out this road and Peppardstown House is on the left hand side at the top of the hill beside a small graveyard.

Follow the signs for N8 (Dublin), travel 91km to exit 8 (Cashel/Fethard) Follow Fethard road R692 to Fethard and continue as above.
